- Low-overhead Costs — Virtually all ICF staff members volunteer their time without compensation, resulting in fundraising and administrative costs during 2008 of less than 2% of total contributions.
- Local Indigenous Ministers — by working through local Christian missionaries we make certain that resources move directly to those in greatest need, with minimal loss due to transport, logistics, theft and graft
